Cancellation policy

1. Cancelling a studio workshop

  1. Cancellation within 14 days of booking and at least 7 days (excluding rest days) before the workshop: full refund minus 5% of the price or 100 ₪, whichever is lower.
  2. Any other cancellation: full refund minus 200 ₪.

2. Changing the date

You can ask to move your workshop to another time, subject to availability. Please get in touch as early as possible.

3. Cancellation by the studio

If the studio has to cancel a workshop, we will offer another time or a full refund.

4. Gift vouchers

A gift voucher purchase can be cancelled within 14 days, as long as it hasn’t been used: full refund minus 5% or 100 ₪, whichever is lower.

5. Cancelling a shop order

A candle purchase can be cancelled within 14 days of receipt, if it is in its packaging and unused: full refund minus 5% or 100 ₪, whichever is lower. [to be completed: how to return and who pays for shipping]

6. Workshops at your place

Cancellation terms for workshops outside the studio are set out in the quote sent to each organization.

7. How to cancel

By phone or WhatsApp: 053-5546719, or by email: studio.rachelk@gmail.com. Refunds are made to the credit card used for payment, within 14 days.
