1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect and why
- Workshop bookings and vouchers: name, phone, email, notes and booking details, to arrange the workshop, send a confirmation and reminder, and issue a tax invoice/receipt.
- Quote requests: name, phone, organization, city and event details, to get back to you with a quote.
- Payment details: entered directly with the payment provider Cardcom. The studio never sees or stores your card number.
- We do not collect information about students or participants from organizations.
3. Who we share it with
Providers that help us run the site: Cloudflare (hosting), Google (calendar and maps), Meta (WhatsApp Business), Cardcom (payments), an SMS provider and Resend (email). Some of them process data outside Israel, in accordance with the law. [for legal review: Amendment 13]
4. Updates and mailings
Confirmations and reminders are service messages. Offers, perks and news about new workshops are sent only to people who have explicitly agreed (a separate box that is not pre-ticked), as required by Section 30A of Israel’s Communications Law.
Unsubscribing: every message includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also reply “STOP” to a WhatsApp or SMS message, click the unsubscribe link in an email, or write to studio.rachelk@gmail.com. We remove you within 2 business days.
5. How long we keep data
Booking details are kept for as long as the law requires (for example, for bookkeeping). Quote requests are kept for up to one year. [to be completed]
6. Cookies
The site uses only essential local storage (for example, remembering that you paused animations). No advertising cookies.

8. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to our systems is protected with two-factor authentication.
